This Giveaway has Concluded! All the keyboards have been given away!!!

Thanks to PCAlchemy we will be giving away one BTC 9019URF wireless keyboard away each week for the last 3 weeks of April:

The final giveaway ends 5/1/2005.  This giveaway is open to registered forum users with a shipping address in the continental US.  You can only win one keyboard, and previous byopvr prize winners are not eligible.

1.  Visit the PCAlchemy BTC 9019URF wireless keyboard product page.

2.  Find the answer to the following question:

"How much is the BTC 9019URF Wireless Keyboard currently being sold for at PCAlchemy?"

3.  Send a private forum message to user "giveaway" with the answer to the question posed in Step 2.

Wait anxiously until the winner is randomly drawn and announced on 5/2/2005 (make sure your email address is correct in your forum profile)

Good luck!

Rampy

I must say I've gotten quite a giggle out of the bad puns being sent in with the answer/submission.  It doesn't help with the random drawing at all, but it is amusing thumbs up good job

Gentle reminder, make sure your forum profile has up to date/valid email and/or optionally include some valid contact info in your submission (for contacting the winner only).

That is great that it works with sage, now I really have to win one.

One question about the contest, are you going to tell people who submitted a wrong asnwer?  like say a typo or something

No... probably not. I delete or query out duplicate entries. If there's a typo, I'm sure i can figure out what they meant.  Its more about the spirit of the giveaway than anything else (i.e. going to the specified page, learning a bit about the product, and then reporting back as a registered forum user by sending a PM)  typo's aside you'd have to screw up the process pretty badly (or obviously submit a bogus entry) to be selected and then rejected.

In other words, it's subject to interpretation/validation by me to make sure someone isn't gaming the system with multiple entries/usernames/other shennanigans =)

It's really nice to find this contest after I had already decided to get one. I haven't yet, but it is on my list. I'm looking for a local distributor but am having difficulty.

It sure would be nice to win one ... nudge nudge Wink

I'll be announcing it later (it wasn't you either, sorry..) please re-enter that's half the fun!

I sent an email to the winner and a forum private message... hopefully they respond soon... I'll post the announcement later tonight, but wanted to get people started on the new giveaway...

So, if you didn't get an email from me, you probably didn't win...
