New Multi-blaster for MythTV & Linux Looking for Beta Testers

Fellow PVR addicts in Canada -

  We've created COMMANDIR, an IR transceiver for MythTV & other Linux programs and are looking for Beta testers. 

  We are also establishing a collection of common IR codes files for Canadian Sat & Cable boxes like ExpressVu to make getting these boxes working with Linux easier for everyone.

Looks like a cool project - just looking to see if I have the resources to join your Beta test - I'm really wrapped up at work so I want to make sure I can commit to the testing before I signup.

I truely hope testing would not be time-consuming - we're trying to make IR installation & control easier.  Actually, the COMMANDIR support site (support.commandir.com) has gone live before commandir.com! 

An automated KnoppMyth installation is in the works and will be posted soon along with the common IR codes.
