Author Topic: need recommendations on DVD recorder for DVR  (Read 3253 times)

I currently have the dish network DVR 625, and I want to get a DVD recorder to connect to it.

Are there any brands or features that I should look for?  I've never had a DVR before, so I'm new to all this!

I would mainlly like some ease in selecting which shows (stored on the DVR) to burn onto the DVD.

Thanks!

One of the features that you will be interested to have is to record on your DVD the same picture quality in which it was recorded to your DVR.

Also, another trick question, is how much you are planning to spend on a new DVD Recorder. That is one big variable that can specify brands or models.

The Liteon LVW-1105HC can have some features you may be interested looking. Is not that expensive and has an easy guide to watch your stuff.

If anyone has a better choice, please advice also.

Check their page at http://www.liteonamericas.com/us/ce1105HC.htm or download the spec sheet at http://www.liteonamericas.com/us/product/ce/LVW-1105HC-US-0516-1.pdf.

If you need more info, please notify.

Thanks
