this seems to be an nice cpu heatsink/fan for cheap and shipped free!

especially for anyone unfortunate enough to misplace or loose their original heatsink hardware backplate since it does not require a backplate on the motherboard. Grin

I just installed one in my parent's new quad-core PC a few weeks back.  Not bad as a heat sink itself.  The large surface area & giant fan really keeps the CPU cool.  However its a royal pain in the @$$ to install.  Mine kept popping off the CPU.  Took me like 20 tries to finally get it to stay on, without popping off 10 minutes later.   Angry  The worst part was trying to get my medium sized fingers under the heat sink to actually push-down/lock it into place.  I would say use at your frustration....  Undecided

HaHa! The correct verb would be "trashed."  Unfortunatetly, I already have a Scyth Ninja Mini now collecting dust until I get a new mobo or find someone with the mounting bracket.
