Hi guys,

My Sat box has a DVI output on it, does anyone know if any Hauggpauge or other brand TV tuner exists which has an HDMI input on it ?

My sat box can be hooked up to my TV using a DVI-2-hdmi cable.

So I was wondering if it would be possible to hook up my computer using this output port on the back of the sat box ( dvi out )

thanks guys for any info

Yes. The HD PVR has component inputs and can record anything off of your satelite box including HD channels.

ah ok.  So it's the box I linked to in my other new thread about Hd boxes

http://forum.byopvr.com/dvr/index.php/topic,9605.0.html

I was hoping that Hauggpauge had a TV tuner with component inputs on a card that we insert into
the computer, and not a break-out-box like this HD PVR .

Oh well, I guess the wait will continue.
